  QUALITY POLICY






 

It is the firm intention of the ELO Administration that Quality be the key element of the company’s culture, as such we have a Quality Management System implemented in agreement with the standard NP EN ISO 9001:2008, for the Conception and Manufacture of Springs, Leaf Springs and U-Bolts for the automobile market.

We understand Quality in its wider meaning, as a company philosophy, directed to the satisfaction of the customers needs and expectations, at an optimized cost, with the involvement from our suppliers to our customers, going through each one of our employees to make the organization more competitive. ELO bases its Quality Policy on the following principles:

Customers Satisfaction
ELO evaluates the customers satisfaction and aims to improve it, satisfying their requirements and work harder to exceed their expectations, providing a variety of solutions to ensure quality products, complying with the specific characteristics and needs of each client, with competitive prices and fast and reliable delivery times.

Fulfilment of the Requirements
The products that ELO manufactures for its customers, meet the requirements and are provided in the right place, meeting the delivery dates agreed.

Continual Improvement
With the use of new equipments, improving existing ones and through monitoring and measurement of processes and products, aiming the continual improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Involvement of Employees
To achieve the objectives of the organization, all the employees are involved and take the responsibility to comply with the Quality Management System, being committed to the principles that constitute the Quality Policy and using their knowledge for the benefit of the organization.

Partnership with Suppliers
Through collaboration with our suppliers, we search to optimize costs and resources, as well as the flexibility and quick reply, ensuring the highest levels of quality.

The ELO Administration assumes the responsibility of the Quality of the products supplied by the company, through the fulfilment of the principles described above.
